We ship our products using the services of PostNL. We only ship to addresses within the Netherlands. The table below is an indication of the services of PostNL. Delays in delivery are therefore also a result of their services.
We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products. If there is anything wrong with your order, you can always contact our support service through the contact form on our website. If you receive something you have not bought, we kindly ask you not to open it and store it in a cool place.
